I make cookies when the banana are black like that. 1 cup mashed banana 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup quick cooking oats and 1 cup of chocolate chips mix and bake at 350 for 15 min. my kids love them.

Cane sugar is the same as granulated sugar 🤭❤️and I always use salted butter and use less of the added salt in the recipe. The salt is just to enhance the other flavors. ✨25 years baking 🙋🏼♀️✨

I own a Bakery. Salted Butter will be perfectly fine and Cane Sugar will work absolutely fine. You will need less sugar though...
