The Stella and Chewy wild red canned is so good for this! It’s almost like a shredded meat in gravy. So easy to pour and very liquidy. Looks kind of like chicken soup.

on some you were looking at kcal/kg, that's why they looked so high, they were actually quite low /can compared with the ones you were looking at the per can calorie count.

I just realized that the cans you said were too high kcals for rudder you were looking at per KG kcals and the one you said were just right you looked at per can. Just a heads up incase u didnt notice
