Propranolol taught me what a regulated nervous system actually feels like. I don’t even need to take it all the time but it’s been helpful to know my baseline doesn’t need to be shaking Bambi.

I found out that I’m legitimately allergic to this because I was on it for my hand tremor. Breaking out in hives was funnn, not really.
