I would be driving and the skies just seemed, unreal in a way. Not in the “oh it’s so pretty” but something else. Crazy to learn about disassociation and derealization a bit later.

part of this for me is that i feel a lack of connection between anything and everything. i’ve never been able to form quality/lasting relationships. i’ve become so much less attached to things

I get this. personally I feel like I'm not actually present at all. I think im so in my head that I detached from the world around me. I don't feel real, and neither does this body I'm trapped in.
