that‘s usual sausage. sucuk is a garlic „sausage“ and the consistency is harder and it’s quite bigger. the best serving way is roasting it before adding eggs to it and make it scrambled eggs.

I’m unsure about this one but the suçuk we buy from the Turkish supermarkets releases its own oil when you heat it in a pan. Maybe try that will make it less oily?
