It’s not that a protein shakes themselves are a killer, it’s an excess of protein in general. Make sure you aren’t consuming excess protein and you’ll be fine.

Wrong, creatine is naturally produced by the body and Protien shakes are just a by product of milk so you are saying if I drank a lot of milk I would get kidney failure?

Well obviously we are herbivores and don‘t need a lot of protein. That‘s why plants have a lower bioavailability so that we don‘t overconsume proteins which lead to kidney failure.
