In a separate bowl, add: - 1 chopped red pepper 🌶️ - A handful of chopped spring onions - 1 pack of the Indomie seasoning (using two packs can make it too salty) - 1 tsp of gochugaru for extra spice - 1 tsp of dark soy sauce - Lots of lime juice (adjust to taste) - 4-5 minced garlic cloves Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil until sizzling, then pour the hot garlic oil over the spices and mix well. Add the noodles to the bowl, mix thoroughly, and garnish with more scallions, cucumber, and lime. Enjoy your meal!
