DUMPLINGS WITH POTATOES AND MUSHROOMS 🍄‍🟫 You can buy mushroom spice from me in the store @kubfood_shop Ingredients: For the dough: - 500 g of flour - 2 eggs - 250 ml of water (warm) - 1/2 teaspoon of salt - 2 st. spoons of oil For the filling: - 500 g of potatoes - 300 g of mushrooms (champignons or chanterelles) - 1 bulb - 2 st. spoons of vegetable oil or butter - Salt and pepper to taste - Spice Mushroom KubFood Preparation: Preparation of the dough: 1. Pour flour and salt into a large bowl, make a well in the center. 2. Add eggs, oil, and water to the flour 3. Wrap the dough in cling film or cover with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes. Preparation of the filling: 1. Peel the potatoes, boil them until tender in salted water, then mash them into puree. 2. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions. 3. Fry the onion until golden, add mushrooms, spices and fry until the liquid evaporates. 4. Mix mashed potatoes with fried mushrooms and onions. Cooking: 1. Carefully lower the dumplings into boiling salted water and cook for 3-5 minutes after they float to the surface. 2. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot. Innings: Serve dumplings with potatoes and mushrooms with sour cream or fried onions and mushrooms for extra flavor. Bon appetit!
