Pot roast in the crock pot This pot roast is a very customizable roast. You can add any other veggies to this or keep it simple like I did. Also, with this meat you can use it in so many different ways making it a perfect meal prep meal. Ingredients ⁃ 2 pound sirloin tip roast ⁃ 1 tsp garlic powder ⁃ 1 tsp onion powder ⁃ 1 tsp paprika ⁃ 1 tsp oregano ⁃ 1 tbsp of oil ⁃ 1 onion; sliced ⁃ 1 cup of beef broth ⁃ 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce Start by mixing your dry seasonings in a small bowl. Rub your seasonings on all sides of the sirloin tip roast. To a cast iron pan or dutch oven, add oil and cook sirloin for one to two minutes on each side to create a crust. Meanwhile, to your crock pot add half your onions to the bottom of your crock pot. Add your meat then add the rest of the onions on top. Add in your beef broth and Worcestershire to small bowl and mix together then pour into your crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Once done, remove meat then cut either into slices or you can shred it like I did. This depends on how you want to eat it and how tender the meat is.
