the Oklahoma bureau of investigations investigated and concluded that that officer used excessive use of force they handed it over to our district attorney here in Blaine county and he refused to file charges on this officer and they refused to file charges on him a couple times on a couple different cases.

Former LEO and my best friend is still on duty, I’m always quick to point out when an arrest or detention is unlawful, so yes, we do point out the bad ones.

Not sure how long their academy is but guessing its probably not long enough and doesn't cover enough. This is why LE need more funding and resources
