it moved because if hard plaque (calculus) stays on your teeth for a period of time, bacteria begins to eat away at your bone which can result to mobility. typically if the bone loss is not bad,

When you remove hard plaque from your teeth you will notice your teeth feel like they are looser and it’s cause they are. The plaque eats at the bone, but also causes unnecessary space to be filled

In case anyone didn’t know, water flossers does NOT replace the use of floss, you have to do both because just the water flosser doesn’t get it all :)
