Interesting, perhaps people should read the employment contract or handbook and cross that section out and initial it when HR is looking the other way. lol

Arizona workers comp is a no fault system. And self insured employers are worse. Your employer has to approve an IME, who the TPA chooses. Don’t understand how this isn’t aiding and abetting
