In 2003 when I joined the Police the bleep test was minimum of 8.1 (which isn’t hard), when we came back from National Police training school the new level was on 5.4 which was a joke of a level.

always bugged me in the Army that a guy can finish a run in 11 minutes and fail but a woman can finish the same run in 13 and pass despite them doing the exact same job.

In the military for the bleep test, a 16yo woman only needs to hit the same level as a 40yo man. The difference in fitness levels are huge.

Tbf if I called the police for help I’d hope a man comes. Not sexist, just the fact that if a man is committing a crime a woman is less likely able to do anything physically against them
