I just don't understand how people have no regards for anyone else's life. my cousin was hit with her 2 small kids by a drunk. thank God they lived, but she had paralysis on her left side 2 years of therapy to get her back to moving okay again.

Poor police work on many levels. Of course the guy is shitfaced, but you still must follow protocol. FST with no instructions; FST after complaint of chest pain. Needed blood draw at hospital.
