i think while this season was slow and i would have love more action i still enjoyed it because it’s a lot of world building and story telling. game of thrones was also slow in some of the best

Also the "a son for a son" part. Did rhaenyra just forget about jahaerys? she brought about Luke's death only in that scene when it felt like his death didn't even impact her the whole show
