Doing this after being in the sun all day was certainly a choice. I barely made it to the end but all in all it was a beautiful sanguich and one of the better ones ive ever made. Also the peach addition to my bruschetta recipe was unreal. Instructions: - get wrecked - add slapchopped garlic and parsley to butter and mash, spread on bread and bake at 375 for 7 mins before broiling. - make bruschetta by food processing tomatoes white peaches and garlic, straining, then adding slapchopped basil dried oregano crushed red pepper salt pepper sugar olive oil and plenty of balsamic glaze and mixing. - coat brined chicken breasts in spiced bread crumb/pecorino romano mixture -fry in 350 degree olive oil - add @jawndiments long hot mayo to garlic bread, then cutlets, then mozz.
