here’s what i try to incorporate into my daily routine that helps me feel that little bit better ⭐️💆🏼‍♀️🦋 honestly you might look at these and think this is a lot if because of work or just generally lack of time….🕰️ but all of these are actually so simple to do: 🍳 fuel with nutritious foods - honestly this is probably the most important for me (as someone who used to under fuel & had NO perception of nutrition whatsoever)  🌳 get outside - incredible for the mind - proven to improve brain fog and just general mental health  👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏽 surround yourself with people that make you feel good - only you will know who these people are. if they don’t make you feel good…. 👋🏼  🏃‍♀️ move your body - whether that’s a walk, a run, yoga, gym class, literally anything. the power of exercise is incredible. 📓 journaling & planning - makes SUCH a big difference to my levels of stress and just day to day organisation. i use @theproductivitymethod  and i LOVE it (you can use code LYDIA15 for 15% off!!!)❤️‍🔥 🧘🏼‍♀️ stretching - whether you’re exercising or not … stretching is not only great for your body, but is also great for stress relief 💗 🎸 dedicate time to something you love - even if it’s just a small amount of time, it’s better than non at all. ❤️ 💤 relax & recharge - SO important. to be the best you HAVE to rest. enough said 🤷🏼‍♀️  try adding a few of these into your daily routine (if you haven’t already). since doing so it’s DEFFO made positive improvements to both my mental & physical health ⭐️🌸🤸🏼‍♂️ lots of luv xxxxx #healthyhabits #habits #nonnegotiable #routine #fyp
