A question I get asked a lot is ‘what is your fav training style’ and I always get stuck because I think it’s fairly even between Pilates and strength training in the gym! I think what I love about our Pilates in the app is that I can squeeze them in at home when Harvey’s watching the tv. Workouts need to be efficient for me to fit them into my routine and for me to actually sustain that routine! But for me there is nothing more empowering then a gym session. I’ve loved strength training for the longest time, and have absolutely loved following our lift program over the last year. However the lift workouts can take me about an hour to get through, and I haven’t always got time for that! After touching base with a lot of you from our community, we know that there are many of you who also can’t always fit in those longer sessions, but are still super keen to build a routine and build confidence in the gym! Soooo, we created express lift! An 8 week challenge with gym workouts that are 30mins long with less equipment per round so we can all effectively smash our goals in a shorter amount of time, and for you newbies to the gym, it’s a lot more approachable this way too! We hope this brand new challenge helps you build the confidence to take up space in the gym, because you deserve to be there just as much as everyone else in there. And for those of you entering the gym for the very first time with this challenge, just know, it was everyone else’s first time once before too.
