@loldarbyfit: What in having for dinner to lose fat.. chilli cheese fries 250g potato 100g lean beef mince 40g reduced fat cheddar 30g reduced fat mozzarella 1/4 taco spice mix sachet 1/2 brown onion 15g sriracha 150g tomato passata 1/2 tsp garlic paste Jalapenos 1. Chop the potatoes into chip shapes and boil in a pan of boiling water for 15-20 mins until soft 2. Drain, spray with fry light spray and airfry or bake in the oven at 200 degrees for around 20 mins until crispy 3. Meanwhile add the beef mince to a frying pan with the garlic, fry for a few mins to brown, add a little water if needed 4. Add the passata and the taco seasoning and hot sauce (optional) 5. Stir and simmer for 5 mins until the beef is cooked through, add the cheese on top to melt 6. Once cooked add chips to a bowl, top with the chilli, sriracha and jalapenos #caloriedeficit #mealsforweightloss
Doesn’t anybody nowadays eat properly, sitting without elbows on the table, holding knife and fork correctly and taking food to mouth, not mouth to food?!
