I know I haven’t got a dimmer switch. Will be 5 years in December, sometimes I feel like I have missed out with friends but my quality of life is so much better now

Thanks for sharing! I had 19 years and decided, one day, to drink. 3 years later I have 7 months again. The addiction of alcohol does pushups while we stop, is sooo powerful when it’s introduced.

I relapsed after 6 months. I had a 3 week debate with myself to drink again. It took me 10 months to get off it again. I'm now over a year AF. It was a valuable lesson.
