I have a similar allergy. I’m reacting to temperature changes but reaction to cold is the worst for me. Sadly I haven’t found anything that helps except for medicine 😢🫶🏽

Almost 2 years ago I got hives for the first time and have had them every since almost daily! My dr gives me fexofenadine but I’m trying to go without it too. No idea what I’m allergic to 🥹
