An interview is for the company to sell themselves to you as much as it is for you to sell yourselves to them. If it’s not a give & take that’s a huge red flag.

You should change your perspective. Employers hold the power now and they can hang up on you and talk to 10 other candidates who did their research. Do some research and prepare your answers for them
