@homemadefoodjunkie: Breakfast burritos are so easy to make on the Blackstone! ✨INGREDIENTS ✨ * 8 large flour tortillas * 8 large eggs * 8 slices bacon * 1 pound breakfast sausage * 2 cups shredded cheese * 2 cups Tater Tots or Hash browns * 1 Avocado (sliced) * Salt and Pepper to taste * 2 tsp hot sauce (we like Franks hot sauce) ✨INSTRUCTIONS✨ 1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Apply a thin layer of oil to the surface to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking. 2. Place the bacon strips on the griddle and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side. Chop cooked bacon into smaller pieces. 3. Sausage: Crumble the sausage onto the griddle and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside. 4. Spread a thin layer of oil on the griddle.
Add the tater tots or hash browns in an even layer and cook until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. 5. In a bowl, whisk the eggs 6. Pour the egg mixture onto the griddle and scramble until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside. 7. Place the tortillas on the griddle for a few seconds on each side to warm them up and make them more pliable. 8. Assemble the burritos:
Add a portion of scrambled eggs, cooked bacon, sausage, hash browns, shredded cheese, and avocado slices. Sprinkle with hot sauce. 9. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly into a burrito. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings. 10.
