I've been able to cut down on sweets and curve my appetite strictly because I drink a diet soda rather than getting ice cream. I wouldn't be able to do it without it

depends. if ur diaberic or not. if ur not diabetic. it wont spike . if ur diabetic u will see a huge spike. i know becuz i am diabetic. no/zero sugar will spike glucose for a diabetic
