Today’s obsession: a delicious Paneer Sandwich with smoky flavors, crunchy veggies, and a perfectly toasted crust. 300g paneer – cut into small cubes • 1 medium onion – thinly sliced • 1 medium capsicum – thinly sliced • 4 tbsp thick curd (Greek yogurt or hung curd) • 1 tsp red chilli powder (adjust to taste) • ½ tsp turmeric powder • 1 tsp cumin powder • 1 tsp coriander powder • 1 tsp garam masala • 1 tsp kasuri methi (optional, enhances aroma) • 2 tsp lemon juice • Salt to taste • 2 tsp oil Method 1. Marinate the paneer & veggies: In a large bowl, mix curd, all spice powders, kasuri methi, lemon juice, and salt. Add the paneer cubes, onions, and capsicum. Mix gently to coat everything evenly. Let it rest for 15–20 minutes. 2. Cook the tikka: Heat 2 tsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add the marinated paneer and sauté on medium flame for 6–8 minutes, until the curd thickens and everything looks slightly golden and well roasted. 3. Assemble the sandwiches: • Spread mayo on one side of each bread slice. • Add a generous layer of the paneer tikka filling. • (Optional) Add cheese for a creamy melt. • Top with another slice of bread. 4. Grill or toast: Brush a little butter or oil on the outside and grill until golden brown and crisp. #sandwich #paneer #sandwichrecipe #EasyRecipes #FoodTok
