That's more a gov issue (if responsibility for emptying them) clearly not often enough when it goes that far. Seems people put it next to the bin atleast = people did what they could. same w recycling

lol I was told Japan was so clean because they had so many trash cans available. Now I feel goofy cause my pocket is full of trash cause I stopped at one 711,and I literally can't go home
