I get like this when I’m over tired and burnt out. I have ADHD and have always been a bad sleeper. Make sure you’re taking the right type of magnesium (glycinate not citrate).

Take absorbable magnesium before bed. And In the morning go outside and see the sunlight - without glass/glasses to reset Arcadian rhythm.

I also feel this. I take 1/2 tablet of restavit and I also get a script for ‘immediate release melatonin’ (3mg) from GP. Works a charm!

Sounds like PPA. I get it too. I feel the same way.. always a hot shower and hot chamomile tea before bed. Really wind down. I am sorry this isn’t much help. Here with you.

I might get hate but stuff it. I use medical cannabis for both chronic pain and severe anxiety. it's the 1 thing that actually works for me that doesn't mean my mind is altered 24/7. I can still mum❤️
