You can add these to a chicken stew or a soup. 1 1/2 cups SR flour 80g cold cubed butter Handful of chopped parsley Salt and pepper to taste 50g Parmesan grated 180ml milk Grated cheddar or mozz to sprinkle. Combine flour and butter with fingers until it resembles breadcrumbs. Add the seasoning, Parmesan and parsley and stir to combine. Add most of the milk and using a knife, cut through and stir the mixture, adding more milk if necessary, until it forms a dough (not a dry dough).
