Absolute lecker 🥹🫶🏼 Für die Füllung: - 2 Gläser Reis - 3-4 Zwiebel (gerieben) - jeweils 1 gehäufte TL Tomate & Paprikamark - Gewürze: reichlich Salz, getrocknete Dill, getrocknete Petersilie (2-3TL) - Saft 1 Zitrone - halbes Glass heißes Wasser - 2 Packungen Sarma Blätter Für die Sauce: - 700ml Wasser - 1-2 EL Tomatenmark - Salz zum Würzen - ca. 5 EL Öl Außerdem: - viel Öl (ich habe Sonnenblumen & Olivenöl) - 2 Packungen Sarmablätter 1️⃣ Weinblätter in kochendes Wasser einweichen lassen 2️⃣ Zwiebel in Öl glasig anbraten. Tomaten- und Paprikamark zugeben, dann Gewürze und Reis einrühren. Dann Saft einer Zitrone dazugeben. Etwa ein halbes Glas heißes Wasser hinzufügen und bei niedriger Hitze ca. 10 Minuten köcheln lassen. Zum Schluss frische Petersilie unterrühren. 3️⃣ Den Topfboden mit Weinblättern auslegen. Etwas Reis auf den unteren Teil eines Blattes geben, Seiten einklappen und nach oben aufrollen. 4️⃣ Weinblätter dicht in den Topf schichten. Saucenmischung und heißes Wasser dazugeben, etwas Öl darüberträufeln und Zitronenscheiben darauflegen. Zum Schluss einen Teller auf die Blätter legen. 5️⃣ Kurz aufkochen, dann Hitze auf niedrige Stufe (ca. 1 von 6) reduzieren und etwa 60 Minuten oder länger köcheln lassen. #sarma #türkischesessen #einfacherezepte #EasyRecipe #foodies

This is one of the most common things my patients tell me. The problem isn’t always the eye drops. It may be the type of dry eye you’re treating. Your tears are made up of three important layers: 💧 A watery (aqueous) layer that hydrates the eye. 🛢️ An oily (lipid) layer that slows evaporation. 🫧 A mucin layer that helps tears spread evenly across the surface of the eye. If your dry eye is caused by meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), your eyes may not produce enough oil. Without that protective oil layer, aqueous eye drops can evaporate more quickly, leaving your eyes feeling dry again sooner. That doesn’t mean aqueous eye drops aren’t a good choice. They can still provide excellent relief, even if you have MGD. Many people prefer using them throughout the day because they don’t blur vision and can be reapplied as often as needed. If lipid-based can eye drops make your vision temporarily blurry, aqueous drops can be a great alternative during activities like working on a computer, driving, or reading. Some people even use aqueous drops during the day and lipid-based drops when they’re at home or before bed. The best eye drop isn’t the one with the most ingredients. It’s the one that matches the cause of your dry eye and fits your lifestyle. A dry eye assessment can help determine whether you have aqueous-deficient dry eye, evaporative dry eye, or a combination of both.
