Hellfire was only created to melt those hard hearts” Remember those days when you used to pray all night and nothing could stop you, you enjoyed it, you loved it, where is that gone now? How come some of us can't do that anymore? Some of us can’t wait for the imam to finish his salah quickly enough as if we've broken free from chains, what happened? Is that not enough of a punishment in itself? Or do you think that punishment always has to take the form of a thunderbolt or an earthquake or sudden death? Has He not taken away from you the sweetness of being near to Him? When was the last time you heard a hadith or an ayah and your eyes spilled with tears? If you can't feel it, realise that's enough of a punishment in itself.
