Good items disposable bed mats. They are approx same dimensions as a pack’n’play mattress. Pack’n’play mattresses aren’t washable,so we stick the pad on the mattress and then put the sheet over that.

Ok wait my baby spits up so much but do you use these in the bassinet at night?? My anxiety would make me worried he’d suffocate on the pad lol

Best hack to protect toddler mattress. Wrap mattress in plastic tarp before putting mattress cover on. Put incontinence pads on top of mattress cover. Make bed. Their room won’t smell like pee/💩

You can also put those pads between fitted sheets. So you can just pull off the top layer in the middle of the night. I often did 2-3 layers at a time.

In a living room you put a tarp or a shower curtain. Perfect for naked baby crawling time (when it’s just family and no visitors). Saves flooring and baby loves to be naked!

Layer the pads between sheets, so you can just remove a layer.

Not sure if you’ve gotten meds for it yet but our doc put our baby on a reflux med and it made a world of difference. Also, elevate her after eating whenever you can!
