Lithium didn’t rlly do much for my emotional regulation but I’m so glad u found it affective!! The funniest part of being on it purely was peoples reactions😂

I’ve been diagnosed with bipolar but I think I have bpd cause I’ve never had a manic episode but I cannot regulate my emotions. I’m also on lithium as well and it’s totally helped

I have bpd. I was put on 150 mg lithium and I feel like it hasn’t made a difference at all. Mines kinda off label, not for mania but for severe SI & emotion regulation.

Was on Lithium for years, just felt like people didn't know what it was except for the periodic table. I'm on a lot of APs tho, now the stigma there is a whole other level for my case - schizophrenic

I took lithium for a year. I would throw up constantly. Had to go off cuz started to affect my kidneys…that’s when but that’s when I realized it was the med making me sick. 😂

I was on lithium as a preteen but then one day I decided I was normal (I’m not) and flushed it but I cannot remember if anything ever worked

I was on lithium for about 10 years. I did great on it but everyone talked about it when they'd find out. I eventually got off it due to that and now I'm a complete wreck.
