Got married in a restaurant. No outside food allowed, was required to serve vendors same meal as guests. $120/head. No regrets but should have budgeted for vendor meals

We had an area set up for all vendors to eat/rest with their own snacks and beverages we provided. Dinner was catering of their choice. They really loved bbq so that’s what we got them lol

We are 99.9% buffet and all vendors just go through the line. Venue staff at the end before guests are released for seconds.

when I photographed weddings, I wanted to be far away, and eat when the bride does. Some halls fed us at dance time, and that made no sense, cause then we couldn't eat.

Watch how you say anywhere had one bride at a hotel try to make her vendor eat in the hallway infront of bathroom. Short 6 foot bathroom only hallway, so blocking the bathroom doors, and just not a place to eat.

I usually eat what the guests are being served. I will call for the photographers to eat first, but as a DJ I always eat last, thru the buffet line or last served plated dinner. I eat at my set up.
