@donte.realty: It’s a numbers game in this business, I’ll keep showing houses. But seriously, there is no correlation between the stock market being down 📉 and the housing market crashing. There are a lot of potential home buyers with little homes for sale. Now add the fact that interest rates have dropped significantly, and the market has just created another Seller(s) Market! Very Similar to 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣0️⃣
