major injuries really do change you. i had an accident during a race in may that left me with 4 fractured vertebrae. i could barely walk. now i’m back and it’s made me a better rider than i was before

the relief felt just from having my wound vac from spinal surgerg removed after a week was incredible. though I had imprints of the outline of the vac for a solid 6 months.
