Really? I just had the worst experience blood on towels, mold in duct work and ceilings, doors didn’t lock, dirty bedding and I still couldn’t get a full refund!

I clean every stay like I'm the hired cleaner and try to leave no trace, and never once asked for a cleaning fee refund. Some ppl just suck as humans.

Airbnb gave me a full refund for showing up at the time we’re supposed to check in & the host showed up 3 hours later. We had to get a hotel, so he was upset, harassed me on the app. So scary 😭

My recent Airbnb guest got a full refund because the comforter was new and a different color then the one in the listing picture. And Airbnb said my listing wasn’t accurate so they got a payout🤦🏻♀️

& when stuff like that actually happens, we get a half of a cleaning fee reimbursed. I’m so sorry that happened to you! I had some of this happen to me and air bnb did not side with us at all.

My host in Mexico City left us with out water for the entire house for 48hrs and I didn’t get shit back. Airbnb said I should of purchased my own water.

Don’t Airbnb hosts get to rate the guests? I believe Uber drivers can rate their riders. I wonder if you can go do a bad rating to possibly warn other hosts? Just thought. Not even sure it’s a thing
