I’ve stayed 2x -the original Princeville Resort 20 years ago- phenomenal stay. 2nd time 7 yrs ago when it was the St Regis, I think. That time the service and food sucked.

Was there last Thanksgiving,,,,it’s a lovely property but the service was always shockingly inattentive and the food very mediocre

Totally agree. Absolutely gorgeous but the restaurants’ service, hours, food quality need much improvement. Many times I was starving and had to leave the property to get a meal!

Haha as someone born and raised here on Kauai. It’s only gone downhill since the 90s when it was the princeville hotel
