@mmajoriz: Ever since I started training with the katana, I’ve noticed how it clears my mind. At first, I couldn’t get it. After each swing, I’d just stand there, not knowing what to do next. It was like I was stuck in my own head. But once I picked up a few more moves and some stances, something clicked. I started to understand the flow, and with that, I could feel this mental clarity that I hadn’t felt before.
