Everything is written and destined. QADR is not changed. Allah isn’t attributed with change, therefore what is destined cannot be changed. Your dua is an act of worship and does not change destiny.

Dua is written as well. For example its written that u gonna make dua for something and u will get what u want cuz of your prayers and dua’s

du^a doesn't change qadr, qadr is qadr, now Allah knows you were gonna make that Du^a and maybe it's a cause for you to obtain what you asked in your du^a, but saying qadr changes is kuffr
