Lol assuming negative gearing works for you at that point in time. If it's not generate positive income or become position geared you don't own anything but the debt that comes with borrowing money

You forgot to mention-Rent barely covers mortgage.. the there is land tax,strata fees,rates & watee/sewege fee to pay. Plus real estate management fees
