My first attempt at making strawberry cream horns! The cone shapes were not quite perfect but they tasted delicious 😊 Ingredients: - 1 ready rolled puff pastry sheet - 300g double cream - 100g icing sugar - Fresh strawberries Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Unroll the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Dust it with a bit more plain flour to prevent sticking. 3. Cut the pastry into even strips. The width of the strips will determine the size of your cream horns. 4. If you have cream horn molds, great! If not, you can use ice cream cones or make your own molds with paper cards covered in aluminum foil. 5. Take one strip of pastry and start wrapping it around a cone, starting from the bottom and working your way up. Make sure it's wrapped tightly but not too tightly, leaving a little space between the layers. 6. Place the pastry-wrapped cones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a foil. 7. Bake the cones in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crisp. Keep an eye on them to prevent over-browning. 8. Once baked, remove the pastry cones from the oven and allow them to cool completely. 9. Carefully remove the molds (cones or paper card) from the pastry shells. Be gentle to avoid breaking the horns. 10. In a mixing bowl, beat the double cream and icing sugar together until stiff peaks form. This will be your delicious cream filling. 11. Fill each pastry horn generously with the whipped cream using a piping bag or a spoon. 12. Top each cream-filled horn with fresh strawberries. You can slice or halve the strawberries, depending on your preference. 13. Serve your homemade Strawberry Cream Horns immediately and enjoy! These delightful pastries are perfect for a special dessert or a tea-time treat. Enjoy! #fyp #cream #creamhorn #strawberry #dessert #Recipe #puffpastry #sweet #tea #teaparty
