@askvinh: If you go blank when talking to someone, if you learn how to PAUSE and get comfortable with it for a few seconds, it'll allow you to recollect your thoughts most of the time. However in situations where you've actually completely forgotten what you were meant to say, don't be afraid to call it out, and then come back to it later or give yourself a bit more time.
