One-Pan Creamy Sausage Rigatoni ❤️‍🔥 This copycat Bar Pitti pasta is so easy, takes about 30min, and comes together in one pan. Not to mention it’s DELISH! I ran out of red pepper but adding some definitely would’ve made it a 10/10. Let me know if you give this one a try! - Olive oil (I used @Graza)  - 1/2 T butter - 1/2 lb hot Italian sausage (can sub mild) - 1/2 yellow onion, diced (I threw in some leftover shallot tooo) - 5-6 cloves garlic, to taste, minced - Salt and pepper, to taste - 2-3 T tomato paste (I used @Mutti Pomodoro)  - 2.5-3 cups chicken broth - 1/2 lb rigatoni (I used @Rao’s Homemade) - 1/2 cup heavy cream - 3/4 cup peas (to taste) - 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan (plus more for topping) 1. In a large pan, heat a squeeze of olive oil over medium heat. Add in your sausage and let cook undisturbed for 5 minutes (you want a nice brown crust). With a wooden spoon or meat masher, break up the sausage and cook until no longer pink. Remove from pan and set aside.  2. In the same pan, throw in a knob of butter followed by your onions and a pinch of salt (if using red pepper, add it here). Cook for a few minutes. Throw in your garlic and cook for another 30 seconds or so.  3. Add in your tomato paste and cook for another couple of minutes. Add in your chicken broth (start with 2.5 cups), salt and pepper, scraping up any brown bits on the bottom of the pan. Pour in your pasta and bring heat to medium. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.  4. Once your pasta is al dente, pour in your cream, peas, cooked Italian sausage, and parmesan. Stir until fully combined. Simmer for a couple minutes. 5. Taste for seasoning (salt, pepper, red pepper). Serve immediately and top with more fresh parm.
