Buuuut I've realised survival mode wasn't just a winter thing... Either we're doing everything or we're horizontal with snacks ignoring the world 🫠 So l'm trying to parent myself through that grey zone, where I do something, but not everything. Saying no (and not spiralling after) 🌀 Still learning this one. But I'm realising my energy isn't endless, and I can't keep handing it out like it's free 🚫 Letting 'good enough' actually be enough. Not everything has to be ticked off. Sometimes one thing done with calm beats a full list done in panic mode.
