Dry ingredients: 1 cup self-raising flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup dessicated coconut Wet ingredients: 1/2 cup passionfruit pulp 1/3 cup H2Coco Pure Coconut Water 1/4 cup neutral tasting oil 1 tbsp lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar Instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients and mix just combined. Do not overmix. Pour batter into a lined baking tin.
