Follow me for more @jadecarolanfitness Macros👇 Calories 798 Protein 49g Fat 29g Carbs 80g Ingredients👇 2x 170g ribeye steaks 800g potatoes 15g parmesan 1 chilli 1tbsp light butter 140ml semi milk 1 small garlic bulb 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1tbsp apple cider vinegar 1.5tsp oregano asparagus lots of parsley salt & pepper Slice the end of the garlic bulb off, wrap in foil and roast for 30 minutes at 200. Cube the steak, season with salt, pepper, oregano and a sprinkle of parmesan. Peel the potatoes, cube, and boil in salted water until fork tender. Drain, mash, and mix with milk and butter. Add the roasted garlic and blitz to combine. Season with salt to taste. Finely chop parsley, dice red chilli, and mix with garlic, oregano, ACV, and extra virgin olive oil. Pan fry the steak bites for a few minutes, remove from the pan and cook the asparagus. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with an extra sprinkle of parmesan.
