I know it's a stressful job...but what goes through a person's mind, with a weapon, to drink or take drugs on the job?. That's got Bad Decisions written all over it!.

A regular person with a brain would have taken the test and when it or before it came up positive....checked themselves into rehab. You may be put on suspension and lose rank but keep your job.
