Question: Is his strength as a communicator going to keep him from the governing experience he needs? I worry they won't move him Secretary of State because that would pull him away from the press/interview tours. How often are there TV interviews with Secretary of State? Not as often, because it involves so much closed door negotiations or letting the president communicate foreign policy wins. If he's Secretary of State, he needs to stay above the fray, so he won't be available to play the attack dog roll.
