@gigimadanipour: For 1/2 lb spaghetti 1/4 cup neutral oil 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup soy sauce 1 tsp minced ginger 1 tsp minced garlic 2 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp honey or agave 2 tosp toasted sesame seeds Cool noodles and mix with sauce and about 2-3 cups chopped veggies: i used red pepper, carrots and kale! * recipe notes: I like to use spaghetti because it holds up well to all the mixing , but feel free to sub for your favourite noodle * If using a natural peanut butter, you may want to up the sweetness factor.
