If nothings cold, yes, I’d call for a refund. It’s also possible the driver was delivering multiple orders and had one in their backseat already. Walmart delivery is honestly not always that great 😕

As a Walmart spark driver sometimes you get three orders to pick up at once and we cannot touch the groceries. They separate them theirselves. I have a SUV I can’t imagine a truck

You should do a Walmart pickup order. You don’t have to get out of your car just park and they will bring all your groceries to your trunk.

Walmart usually has drivers picking up multiple orders at once and you can only put one order per area of the vehicle. so. in the backseat, 1 in passenger seat if it fits, and 1 in the trunk

As a Walmart shopper, I’m not sure if this is for other stores as well. But my store cannot dispense to drivers with the bed of the truck uncovered, it needs to be covered or we assign another driver

yeah I have no clue why she did that. I deliver for walmart and I keep the stuff in my car and it's always COLD when I get to the customers.

I’m a spark driver (Walmart delivery) they force us into taking 3 stop trips. Front seat back seat and trunk. Idk why anyone does this with a truck. as a driver please don’t blame them. Blame Walmart

Also for some insight if she had more than one order the walmart workers will not put them in the same area.

Walmart delivery once delivered 45 mins earlier than I had scheduled and I was let home. I lived in south Texas too so everything was just sitting out there. I called and got a full refund
